When you get a penalty on fifa 11 pro clubs and your player is standing over the ball you have to follow these steps

1.Press start
2.Team Management
3.Player Roles
4.Change the Penalty taker using player roles


The original taker should now be able roam free around the penalty area while the new taker takes the penalty
