In the hallway underneath the destroyed hallway covered with wooden planks.

In the room with General Deathshead's portrait, there is a secret door opened by moving the left statue's sword. That hallway leads to a room with an guard easily killed with a Takedown. The Enigma Code is on the table.

In an opening on the top floor of the arena, on the northern side.

In one of the drawers in Deathshead's surgery room.
