This achievement is for Grand Theft Auto V and its called Run Like The Wind and in order to get it you have to 'survive for a day with a Bounty on your head.'

Text Guide

Step 1. Go to GTA Online and get a friend or a random guy online to set a bounty on your head.

Step 2. Once you have a bounty on your head get a helicopter which you can find here.

Step 3. Now that you are in a helicopter make your way to the tallest mountain in the game which is found here.

Step 4. Now that you are at the mountain, wait there for 45 minutes because that's how long 24 hours is in GTA and the reason you are ontop of a mountain is incase any players try and get you, you simply get into your helicopter and fly to another mountain and then land and get out and wait for the remaining time.
