Achievement: Perfectionist

Achievement Description: Upgrade a skill to its highest level.
Skill points are gained each time you level up, for all your characters. To fully upgrade a skill, you need to have completed Chapter 8 to unlock the 3-star skills. Once you purchase a 3-star skills of any type (for any character) on a skill tree, the achievement will unlock. To gain experience faster, equip a Diamond Oculi in your armor slot.
