Hello and welcome to my "You're no Chips" Achievement guide (5G)
For this achievement you want to launch the Halo 4 mission "The Composer" with the skull "IWHBYD" and launch it at rally point bravo.
Continue on with the mission, once you go outside you will need to run to the furthest dock platform with two manti.

One mani will be empty,and one will be occupied with a marine. All that needs to be done is listen to the marine's banter and the achievement will be unlocked.
