This is the second intel to be found.
It can be found in the mission Crew Expendable.
When the team lines up for the assault on the cargo hold you need to get ready as the second intel will be in the cargo hold. Once you go in kill the enemies and go down the stairs to your right. The intel is on an elevated platform. You will see it straight away.
