The 22nd piece of enemy intel is found in the mission One Shot One Kill.

After escaping the building where the NPC ally says, "Let's try to lose them in there," you will locate the fire escape on that dwelling. Since the timer is still counting down, you need to quickly drop your baggage, hustle up the fire escape and claim the secret before you or the timer expires. The similarity of this fire escape and the one in the previous stage is remarkable, but they are different.
