Introduction
This tutorial will explain in detail how you can easily identify the two most recent Xbox 360 consoles code named "Jasper" and "Falcon". This way you can be sure you are purchasing the latest xbox 360 which will run cooler, quieter and use much less power.

How to Identify the Console
1. The Xbox 360 box has a hole cut-out of the top of the cardboard where the bar code is visible. Find this hole and look at the lower left corner of the xbox 360 console. See detailed picture attached below.
2. Look at the amperage/voltage rating of the unit which is marked in this area and read the detailed info below and check out the pics to determine which series of xbox 360 console you are looking at.
Identify a "Japser" Xbox 360 Console
To easily identify a new "Jasper" Xbox 360 just looked closely at the amperage/voltage rating of the unit.. 12.1 amps equals a Jasper unit (65nm CPU, 65nm GPU).
Identify "The Falcon" Xbox 360 Console
To easily identify the older but still worthy "Falcon" Xbox 360 look closely at the amperage/voltage rating of the unit.. 14.2 amps equals a Falcon unit (65nm CPU, 90nm GPU)
