Finish a 4 player Infestation game beyond wave 9 without anyone bleeding out.
You will need four people to complete any wave past wave 9 without dying to unlock this achievement. You are allowed to get downed, but not bleed out. You have 25 seconds to heal the downed person before they bleed out.
Start the game on Casual and pick wave 11 as it's the easiest wave to complete.As you level up you unlock all the upgrades you purchased on the single player campaign which makes this achievement a lot easier.
