I do my backups wxripper style with hotswapping but i think that the Underdogs tutorial using hacked SAMSUNG SH-D162C DRIVE works also...

The iso must be 7.5gb, so less or more wont work.
This is the way how to always get 7.5gb while ripping using WXRIPPER...

Create a Backup ISO
1. OPEN WXRIPPER WITH THE MOVIE (PREFER MORE THAN 8GB) (LORD OF THE RING ETC.ETC.)

2. FIND THE MAGIC NUMBER

3. GO TO FILE, SAVE LAYOUT

4. GO TO THAT LAYOUT OPEN IT WITH NOTEPAD (IF YOU DONT NOW HOW, DAM YOU DONT NEED TO BE DOING THIS THEN)

5. THE FIRST 3 LINES YOU SEE THERE, CHANGE THE FIRST LETTER FROM "C" TO "D"

6. SAVE THE LAYOUT

7. OPEN THE LAYOUT WITH WXRIPPER (IN FILE MENU)

8. GET THE MAGIC NUMBER AGAIN (YOU STILL HAVE THE MOVIE IN THE DRIVE)

9. STOP SPIN DRIVE

10. "HOT SWAP" (YOU BETTER NOW WHAT THIS IS)

11. START SPIN

12. DUMP THE GAME

So you have the .ISO file now and you need you'r proper SECURITY SECTOR...
Get it from the link above and check if you got the proper one using Xbox 360 SS MERGER (check the picture at the end) just skip part 5 with the merging because we don't need to merge the .ISO and the SECURITY SECTOR yet.
So when you get the two green boxes that meens you have the right SS...
Close Xbox 360 SS Merger...
So now we need another program called nme ss converter
find it here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Unpack it and name the directory nme...
Put the .ISO and SECURITY SECTOR in it...
So after this we need to rename the .ISO file into IMAGE.000 and the SECURITY SECTOR file into ss.bin...
When renaming the .ISO if asked to change it hit yes...
Hit CONVERT.BAT and it will start a DOS operation witch will convert the SECURITY SECTOR to be bootable with the NME and will create a two new GAME.ISO and GAME.DVD files into the same directory...
The GAME.ISO file must be exacly 7.705.657.344 bytes to work (check with right click on the file and then properties)...
If you did all of this and thill now everything is just like writen you are ready to burn the GAME.DVD file...
Open CLONE CD, choose the GAME.DVD file and hit burn...
That's it...
Note if you have Ultra ISO installed it may cause some problems so uninstal it for that time...
