Achieve a certain percentage for your overall synchronic rate average.
You need to achieve at least 80 % on your synchronic rate average. This isnt that hard, just always be ready during cutscenes and aim for exellents. If you end lower just replay episodes where you had a low synchronic rate and it will eventually pop up.
