- Talk to Seagrave Holmes in the Marketplace. There should be an option to discuss the android situation with him. he will give you an audio disc.
- Go to the Rivet City Clinic and talk to the Doctor there. If your speech is high enough, he will confess to being the doctor who did the facial surgery on the android. He will also give you an audio disc.
- Leave Rivet City, and wait a moment. Someone will come out of the entrance and approach you, starting another conversation.
- This new person will talk to you about her efforts with the Railroad to save the android population. You will have a chance to ask her what you should do about Dr. Zimmer's request.
- The woman gives you an internal component of the android and says to give it to Dr. Zimmer in order to make him believe you found the android dead.
- Go to the Science Lab and give the component to Dr. Zimmer. He will pay you 50 caps for your trouble, and the achievement will unlock.

So just travel, get a thing for the android from the woman, and give it to the scientist? Not bad.

I personally found this to be quite an interesting quest and fun achievement to get. I personally had a little bit of trouble finishing it though due to dying on the way haha
