You can do this on Can I play Daddy (easy) so should not be hard
Some good tips to remember for completing this are:
Scavenge for ammo whenever a battle is done; you never know what you may find, be it ammo, health, or armor.
DO NOT overcharge your health unless you KNOW that you will not need the health later.
When possible get stealth kills to lessen the number of enemies in firefights.
Use the alt fire modes on your guns such as single shot for the assault rifle. This is great fir headshots, but horrible for fighting Kampfhunds as they don't die fast.
But, if you really want to skip a hard and fun Uber playthrough...you could always change the difficulty to Uber just as you defeat the final boss. Thanks Saran447 for mentioning this.
