This achievement / trophy is attached to the new Electric Cherry Perk-A-Cola in Mob of the Dead. It can be bought for 2000 Points on the third floor of the Cell blocks, but it must be charged with power first. Charge the Volt Meter to the right of it with electricity when in the Afterlife to make it active.
When bought, this perk will burst out electricity from the user every time they reload their weapon. If you can kill ten zombies a once with this, you will earn this award. It's best to do this in earlier rounds since Zombies are weaker. Get a few to chase you, then reload your weapon right next to them.
