In this tutorial i will show you how to hotswap on an xbox 360 in order to mod old maps on live.

What you will need:
Torx 10 Screwdriver
Phillips Screwdriver
Xbox 360
Modded Disk
Halo 2 Disk

Step 1: Opening the Xbox

First of all we will remove the faceplate from our 360, to do this just put 2 fingers in the usb slot and pull it off like so:




Now we need to remove both the gray covers on each end of our 360, just put your fingers underneath the end and it should pull of with some force:



Now do the same to the other side:



Now if if you look at the front of your xbox you will notice 4 tabs you will need to lift these up with something.



Now turn your xbox over and lift the bottem up:



Now if you pull back on it the back will come off too, you might need to use some force but don't worry about being gentle:



Now when you have fully removed the bottem plate you will see a metal panel with lots of screws in it, unscrew all 6 of the silver screws with a torx 10 screwdriver which hold the top of the xbox on



Now turn your xbox over again and lift the top off, you might need to wigle it a little bit:



Now you can see the insides of your xbox, at the back of the dvd drive there are 2 wires, pull both of them out as gentle as you can:



Now you should be able to wiggle the dvd drive out:
Now flip the dvd drive over and you should see 4 screws, unscrew these with a phillips screwdriver:



Now turn the dvd drive back so its the right way round and lift the top off:



Now take the cover you just removed and peel the sticker off the top (dont throw it away though you might need it later) and a metal disk will be revealed, now turn it over and press down on the magnet in the middle untill it pops out:






Now put the dvd drive back in your xbox and reattach the wires in the back:
once you have dont this you need to start up your original disk of the game you have the iso disk for.
once you have done that and the game is spinning you need to press y and go to game info.
next you swap your original disk for the iso then you install the disk to the hardrive.
