Microsoft's Mad im Stylin on em!!!!!!!

I'm making this to get more jtag user in on the early reach fun, I know this is pretty basic stuff but the amount of people you see in the xlink lobbies that can't figure it out I fell this is well needed to help those having trouble getting it working.

Things you'll need

The Game (find it anywhere now)
Jtag Console with Xexmenu
30MS Ping Removal Patch for Jtag
Xlink Kia
Router (obv.)

Ping Removal Patch

If you Haven't already get the Ping removal patch and update it to your jtag. This is a must to be able to connect to all other jtag user over system link through xlink.

*NOTE MUST HAVE* FreeBoot 0.032 with DashLaunch 1.0 install on your jtag.

Copying the Game to Play on Jtag[/COLOR]

Unzip/Unrar the Halo Game to your computer, Now you need to copy
the files to a Storage device to play it.

There are many ways you can do this. I will explain 3.

A. FTP the files to your HD (or any other way you transfer between)
B. Dual Layer DVD+R
C. USB

A. If you FTP the files, create a New Directory in your games directory on Jtag HDD Transfer all files over with your FTP program (I use filezilla).

B. Create an ISO with imgburn and Burn all files to a Dual Layer DVD+R. Load up Xexmenu on your jtag either copydvd to HDD, or Play directly from DVD. (This way was skippy/laggy for me, when playing from DVD)

C. Copy all Files to a USB Stick at least 7 gigs and load from XeXmenu. Can be access by pressing X and selecting USB

Now that all files are copied, Open Xexmenu, (should autorun now with dashlaunch) Select and Launch the default.xex in the main directory or where the files were copied.

If the game loads up you and you can load the maps you got a good
copy of the game. Now time to start MP setup.

Xlink Kia

Configure Kia to Jtag

With you Jtag Console and your computer running Xlink connected to the same router.
Turn on your Jtag. Start the default.xex for from XeXmenu. Goto MP- Custom Games press Y on the controller and switch it to system link.

Start Up Kia on your CPU.

Click the magnifying glass to switch to diagnostics Mode

Then Click on the File folders in the bottom right corner. If you did everything right Your jtag console should show up here, if it does your ready.

Now Let's Play

Alright, Now with the kia user interface opened

Click Switch to arena mode (The World Globe Icon)

Select Xbox 360 - FPS - Halo Reach - Select the Country with the most people. You will see tons of users down the side once joined.

Now on your jtag Select Custom Game Matches, Forge, or Firefight

Press Y and Select System Link

You should now see all the lobbies available to play within the that kia lobby/server.Highlight any user of the game you wanna join and press X to join or create or own game for people to join.

Problems and Fixes:

Can't connect to party, you have open NAT which is good error.? Turn off or let Xlink Kia through your firewall.

Xlink wont find console in Diagnostics Mode? Make sure you port forward the right ports, and configure it like the video above.
