Trying to make lots of pre-modded accounts for GTA V & Finding that playing the race over and over is boring and time consuming? Well here's how to bypass it!
You will need a good mod menu that has a "Bypass Tutorial" Option
Step 1. Get online, create your character and find a session
Step 2. As the cut-scence loads and is showing you around the city, press the button combination to open your mod menu
Step 3. Hover over the option to bypass the tutorial
Step 4. Wait until Lamar parks his car in the parking lot where the race begins
Step 5. As your about to leave Lamar's car, start pressing the "Bypass Tutorial" Option, do this over and over
Step 6. You should fall through the ground, Now close your menu & open the pause menu
Step 7. Go to the Online tab and click find a new session
Step 8. You will be loaded into a new session & will not have to do the annoying tutorial!
Simple rite? Just like that you can save time & Save your're sanity from playing the same race over and over!

This helped me out a lot when modding multiple accounts, and I used this method and works great.

You can use a tool to skip all of it, while creating the character just hit bypass tutorial. Scott explained it more in depth.

There is another way to skip it using a tool which saves the whole watching the cut scene bit
After you have entered a name for your character it will pop up saying are you sure once you hit yes press bypass tutorial a couple times on the tool and it should pop up saying you have already done the online tutorial do you want to skip it just press yes and you are done
