Step 1. Talk to Grampa

Step 2. Drive around the city and collect Grampa's blood. The first packet is straight ahead! Be quick as you have a time limit

Step 3. Go into Moe's Tavern & Talk to Moe

Step 4. Collect the Goat blood from Moe

Step 5. Continue to drive around and collect the blood packets, but be sure to be quick!

Step 6. Drive the blood back to Grampa be quick as you are also timed for this

Tips - Drive as quick as possible! Also, cut across corners and grassy terrains to save time
