Step 1. Talk to Dr Hibbert

Step 2. Drive to Homer

Step 3. Purchase the "Car Built for Homer"

Step 4. Chase the van and repeatedly ram it to make diapers fall out

Step 5. Collect every diaper dropped from the van

Step 6. Once all 10 diapers have been collected drive back to the Hospital

Step 7. Talk to Dr Hibbert

Mission Complete! Yes, it was that easy.

Tips - Drive as quick as possible to keep up with the van
Cutting across corners and grassy plains will help you keep up with the van
Gain as much speed as possible when ramming the truck, this will cause more damage
Ramming the truck into other objects such as cars and walls will cause significantly more damage!
