First Add All Files To JTAG to the following roots
Hdd:\Installer
Hdd:\launch.ini
Hdd:\Fsd22725Final
Hdd:\xdbm.xex

Second Go on Xex Menu and go in Installation Folder and Click A on Default.xex
Press A To Update
Press A Again
Press B no dont change settings

After that your JTAG Should Turn Off
Turn Your JTAG Back on

It will take you on FSD

Go onto Filemanger and select xdbm.xex

After that go on your Computer

Extract the Parts for Xbox SDK and run setup

After installed open Xbox360 Neighbourhood

And Register Your JTAG as a Devkit (IP is only thing required)

Once installed go on MW3 on your JTAG
Go on Xbox 360 Neighbourhood and right click screenshot to test if working your computer and JTAG will freeze and then a picture will come up on your computer of a screen shot what your JTAG is doing

If it works open RTC and go over to settings put in your IP on your JTAG and what TU it is on cod. If your doing System Link put the Default as 1 not 0

After that just go into a system link on your JTAG and Open RTC and all the Dvars and commands should show up.
