Complete an entire Championship without ever letting your health drop below green.
When you finish the Career Mode, go to Play > Championships and choose then the N-Dura Cup.
There is only 4 races to beat. Everytime in the race , take a look at your health (Situate at the top right corner of your screen) and be sure that it never drop below green If youi health goes below green just press start and Restart Race and you will restart the single race instead of the Championship and you will still get the achievement.
