You have to have met the Graybeards before to do this correctly.



How to do it:

1. Go to high hrathgar

2. Go to where they are praying (The one to the left or right of where you enter is the easiest.

3. Go behind him (Turn your difficulty to master)

4. Sneak and repeatedly keep attacking him with a iron dagger or fists.

5. Wait until you're hidden again

6. Keep on attacking him and waiting

7.Keep saving every 5 levels in case you get caught.

8.You can also use a low damage bow and low damage arrows and get your Archery level up at the same time

(Hunting bow and iron arrows are best because they are weak and get more xp for each hit).
