NOTE: Im assuming everyone knows what hotswapping is. And in doing so you will void your warranty so im am not responsible for anything you break or held accountable for.

Tools needed:
Modded 360 disk
origanal 360 disk
torx 9 or 10 screw driver or bit
Xbox 360 old version
Small flat head screw driver

First you need a expendable old xbox 360 console. (Try CraigsList)

Second take apart your 360 console.


(not my video and dont recomend a razer to cut out the 2 pieces)

Once done take the 4 screws out from the bottom of the Disk Drive.
on the top of the disk drive there is a sticker, peel half of it back.
there should be something plastic on the sticker pull up on it and there should be just a little bit of the sticker on the outer case of the disk tray.

There are two pieces, a metal piece(the magnet), and a plastic piece(they should both be connected). Put your palm on the plastic part of the two and your thumb on the metal part twist the metal one left and the plastic one right. Some are harder than others.

Now heres the hard part (PLEASE READ TWICE)
put the two metal and plastic pices to gether and twist them and you should here a little snap. thats supposed to happen to keep them together.
find an old cd or game you dont play anymore to test on so you dont break your disk.
open the disk tray put your old cd or game in, then put your magnet and plasitc piece on the middle of the disk. close the disk tray. keep your hand over the magnet just in case it doesnt snap into the fitting. if it snaps into the fitting then your fine and the disk should spin. if not your disk will pop off and one of 2 things will happen
1) It will pop off and go 2 inches off of the Disk Drive
2) it will fly across the room
That is all depending the speed of the disk most likley it wont fly across the room.
then while the disk is spinning go to your game settings (when hovering over play game hit the x button) and hover (highlight) over "INSTALL" have your modded disk by your non dominant hand (im right handed so that would be my left) and same with your controller with your finger over the a button.
FOR THIS NEXT STEP BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
Press a and put your thumb on the magnet till it comes to a stop then put your finger under the rim of the disk and pull up and slide your thumb to your finger that is now under the disk then toss your disk carefully on the graphic side(on a matress or carpet)
peferably on a soft surface. then the modded disk that was by your hand, grabit put it in the middle of the disk tray and put the magnet on it (make sure you put it on there correctly or it will pop off)
Do that really fast and if you get the hang of it then do it with the game you would like to mod.

I hope this helped someone theres alot of bad tuts ut there so i thought id make another one that works perfectly.
