Eliminate keylogger:

1. Hit the "Control," "Alt," and "Delete" buttons at the same time to open your computer's Task Manager. Select the "Processes" tab. This will show you every process running on your computer, including the keylogger.

2. Read through the process list. You probably won't recognize most of them. Open your web browser and visit the Liutilities Processes Library). This website lists the origins and purpose of all the processes you can encounter in your computer. Begin searching for each process you have open, one by one, until you find the keylogger.

3. Write down the name of the keylogger process. Click on the process, and select "End Process" to kill the keylogger.

4. Run your malware and anti-virus software to eliminate the keylogger. If your anti-virus runs and comes up with no results, you will have to find the keylogger yourself and delete it.

5. Open your web browser and visit the "Faster, PC! Clean! Clean!" website. Under the Search box, enter the name of the process you found in your Task Manager. This website lists the directions for removing almost any malware, and the exact directions will vary with the specific keylogger you have. Follow the directions on the website to remove it. Do not simply search for the files and delete them because keyloggers install themselves in your system files. Deleting those files may damage your operating system.
