This is a spot I've known for a while, but haven't seen a tutorial on; for this, you'll need to be on dome, and be a survivor in infected. This glitch works as you can get a clear shot at the infected, without being throwing knived, and they cannot knife you unless climbing from the opposite side or if you let your guard down.

To do this trick, you must climb to the top of the dome by climbing the ladder to the far right. Climb to the top and look down like this.

From here, turn towards the centered pole and go prone, like so.

Inch towards the right and shift your view towards the right. From this area you should now see the opening to the breach in the dome, where people usually spawn.
Look downwards and focus your view on the ladder which you used to climb up. Now, if you look towards your right, you should not be able to move; if so, you've done it correctly. From this spot, the infected cannot throwing knife you, or get you from the ladder unless your guard is let down. Have a friend get in a similar spot on the opposite ladder, so they cannot get up from that area. Patrol the area, and getting an MOAB should come in no time. Thanks, I hope you enjoyed the tutorial.
