How to Earn: You don't even need a four-person band. You can do it by yourself. If you have all the instruments from RB or GH, just plug them all in and have them join a session of "Band Tour". Like was said before, it unlocks before a song is played, so then you can stop the song, unplug all your instruments and put them back in the corner. :-p

Literally one of the easiest "band" achievements ever.
