First make sure that you are on the latest patch.

If you have not already, download all of the older patches as well.


Before we do anything, we are going to make a folder in the World at War folder called "Mods" To do that follow this tutorial;

Open up 'My Computer' and go down to local disk "C"

Go down to 'users' and find your profile with WAW installed to it.

Then click on App Data.

Go to Local.

Once in local find the folder Activision

Click on "Cod World at War"
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

You should see these files;

Right click in that folder and go to New > Folder, and name the folder "Mods"

Now that you have the mods folder in there, we are going to download the maps and run them. To download various amounts of maps go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
You have to create an account or else you cannot download any maps. So I would suggest doing that before anything else. After you have signed up go to Downloads > WAW Maps

Go to Nazi Zombie Maps

Browse the one you want then click on it. Once clicked on one download the map you would like to download.

Let it download "Should take a while"
Once done downloading open the mods folder. Take the new folder the download gave you and open it up. Drag the map name into the mods folder.

When it is done transferring load up World at War. At the main menu you should see this.

Click on the mods folder and you should see the zombie map you transferred.

Click on the map and go down to launch

Now if it sends you back to the main menu go to Options and Controls > Game options > Enable Console

And hit yes.

Now go back to the mods folder and open up the console. Type in /map (The name of the map) e.g. "/map nazi_Zombie_DefendTheBridge" And hit enter

Now it should restart and load your Nazi Zombie map. Hope you enjoyed my tutorial
