I have heard a lot of people asking how to add a dock to Windows 7, and most people do not know how to do this. I'm here to help. For this tutorial, you'll need ObjectDock. You can find the download for that here.

Object Dock can be downloaded with two different options; plus, or free download. We're going to download the free download, since I don't expect you to have the plus version. Download the free version.

The download should take around 2-3 minutes or so. Depends on your download speed. Once it is done downloading, run the file. Follow the installation process, as it is pretty self explanatory. Once you complete the installation process, an icon should appear on your desktop. Run the icon, and something similar to this should appear on the bottom of your desktop.

Sorry that I could not screen cap the top of the dock, dimegrab closed whenever I moved it too far up. Now, when you start the dock up, a setup menu should appear. From this menu, you can customize different settings for your dock.

You can customize the positioning, size, color, and different icons to put on the docks. Another cool thing you can do with OBject Dock, is the ability to change the background screen of the dock. The customization in this program, is amazing, and I highly recommend downloading it, and messing around with it.

AngelWhat is this reverseable ?

Yes, all you would need to do is uninstall object dock, or click on the icon once download and go to Unload Object dock. Both work.
