To do this glitch/spot, you have to go to the bridge on Seatown. This spot is commonly used for infected, so you should know where to go. Walk to the area, and then go down the corridor leading to the well. To your left you should see these barrels and baskets. Jump on top of the baskets and make your way on top of a wooden chest, that looks like this. Move to your right and you should be perched up.

From here, look at this window type area straight across from you. It should look exactly like this.

Look at the top bar of that window type thing, and run and jump. As soon as you do this, you're going to want to crouch as soon as you're in mid air. If done correctly, you should now be on top of that window, and in a hiding spot. Move across the ledge, and then drop down onto the preceeding ledge. If you look back to the area you should see this.

You can either one out of two things. You can stay in your current spot, as you have quite a good spot, or you can continue walking along the proceeding area. If you do, you can look for various spots, but I suggest staying in that spot, as you can always fall off and have to do it all over again.
