Steps:
1. Get to a certain part of the mission, it's right near the beginning so it's pretty fast to get there. (In video)
2. Jump from one care package to the other then from there jump over to the invisible barrier on top of the car, then jump on onto the roof and you're out!
Tips:
- Once out you will reach right away a barrier not allowing you to go any further. Just jump on a log near there, it's in the video, and strafe jump onto a balcony then to another, there both in the video as well. Once that is done you can walk about freely and explore!
