In Die Maschine, kill 100 enemies without leaving the top of the crashed plane wing.

You have to get 100 kills while staying on the wing of the plane (located by Juggernog). You can leave the plane to get ammo for your weapons at the ammo crate, also be sure to use the Gallo 12 (shotgun) off the wall.
Achievement is worth 30 Gamerscore.
