Built a floating town supported by propellers.

How to unlock the Propelled achievement. and look around until you find the shape. Once you find a perfect circle in the grid you want to build a 2-block high circle with a blank space in the middle. Then delete the bottom row of buildings and it should leave the upper-level floating with propellers if done correctly.
Achievement is worth 100G.
