So first off, what you're going to want to do is going into the start menu.

once you are there, select 'Help and Options,' then scroll down to 'settings,' then 'Graphics.'

Then, turn the Interface Opacity all the way down.

this will remove the HUD and to get your hand to disappear, you're going to want to open the start menu and constantly tap "Y" until a menu appears, simply hit B on both of those and you will no longer have a hand.

*NOTE* to get rid of the no hand glitch, you're going to need to exit out of the game or go to the dashboard and restart Minecraft.
