Requirements-
- Avatar update files
- A FAT32 USB with at least 150 MBs free

-------------Windows-------------
- Make sure you have the update files for your dash
- If you are on 15574, download for 15574 dash --- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
- Extract it and name the folder $$ystemupdate
- Place folder on FAT32 USB (to format please refer to bottom of the steps)
- Insert USB into BACK USB port of Xbox (if usb doesn't fit into back try prying the plastic casing off just don't damage this chip)
- Turn on Xbox you should get prompted with an update **IT IS 100% SAFE**

-------USB Formatting on Windows 7--------
- ***MAKE BACKUP BEFORE FORMATTING***
- Go to Start then click on Computer button
- Right click your USB and click Format
- Select format type to FAT32 and click 'start'


--------MAC OSX--------
- Make sure you have the update files for your dash

------USB Format on MAC OSX-------
- ***MAKE BACKUP BEFORE FORMATTING***
- Go to Finder, then applications, then utilities, and open Disk Utility
- Click on USB (located on left side of the application usually named 'UNTITLED'
- Go to 'Erase' and click on drop down box and select 'FAT32'
- Click 'Erase' (should erase everything and reformat USB to FAT32
