This method can will get you as many skill points as you need and should take about six minutes to get five thousand skill points.
1) Load Leon's Campaign
2) Load up Chapter 4
3) Take the Magnum and ammo
4) Kill the first enemy
5) Watch the cutscene
6) Go to the back of the ship
7) Collect the 5,000 Skill Point pick-up
8) Leave through the doorway
9) Kill the rest of the enemies until ou reach a checkpoint
10) Quit and reload the chapter
