Flag Location 83
The Halls of Nero. You'll find this after completing the first room and diving into water. Run through the open passage to the south and turn left at the fork. The flag is on top of a short column.

Flag Location 84
The Halls of Nero. After crossing the fire pit and moving into the next room, climb the eastern wall so that you can get on top of the sculpted stone blocks to the north. From there, climb the western wall and sidle left to get to the flag.

Flag Location 85
The Halls of Nero. This flag is in the southeast corner of the last part of the mission. Make platforming progress the same as you would normally until you reach the eastern wall. Instead of climbing north to the stage's exit, climb south to reach the flag.

Flag Location 86
Wolves Among the Dead. Early in the mission, before climbing down the tall well, you'll find an alternate route via an upper platform (if you continued on the main path at this point, you'd immediately hit one of those automatic lifts). The alternate route leads through some tunnel and finally to a large, open cavern. Some platforming here will bring to you to the flag.

Wolves Among the Dead. After climbing down the long well and going through some tunnels guided by torches, you'll do some platforming in a largish room to go up one level to another tunnel heading west. At the first fork in the path, take a right (there are some tools scattered on the ground nearby) and follow the tunnel around a couple of turns to find the flag.

Wolves Among the Dead. Near the end of the stage, you enter a very large room and need to do some running around the east wall before heading west via some pole swinging. Before you do the pole swinging, from the top of the confession booth in the northeast corner of the room wall run up the eastern wall. You can get to an upper level swinging poles that'll bring you to the flag.

Flag Location 89
Thrown to the Wolves. In the very first room of the mission, climb up the wall on the east side of the hall and onto a beam that'll let you jump into a room on the west side of the hall to grab the flag.

Flag Location 90
Thrown to the Wolves. When you get to the party scene, go upstairs and drop over the railing like normal. But instead of chasing after the target immediately, look for a curtained-off room to the west. Walk through the curtain to get the flag.

Flag Location 91
Thrown to the Wolves. Very early in the chase scene, look for the flag on an overhead platform. You can jump off the horse and onto the platform to grab the flag.

Flag Location 92
Leader of the Pack. In the middle of the chase scene, you're stopped to fight a bunch of enemies in a small room. After the fight, look for the flag overhead on the southern side of the room.

Flag Location 93
Leader of the Pack. The chase ends a second time in a room with another fight. After climbing to a platform (with more enemies) on the west side of the room, look south into a long hall with more enemies at the end...and the flag behind them.

Flag Location 94
Leader of the Pack. In the last room of the lair, you'll fight a bunch of dudes and then finally fight the leader of the, uh, pack. When everyone's dead, look for the feather behind a gate to the south. You have to jump in the water and dive under the gate to reach it.

Flag Location 95
The Sixth Day. Early in the stage, after first climbing to the second level of the first area, you'll cross a gap via climbing over some open doors. Just after hopping over the doors, turn left to find the flag in the southwestern corner of the second level.

Flag Location 96
The Sixth Day. This flag is in the same room as the statue of the begging woman. Climb on top of the statue and use a few poles to jump south to the flag on an upper level.

Flag Location 97
The Sixth Day. In the next large room where you run on posts along the southern wall and then shimmy northward, make your behind to the northern wall and instead of turning left to continue the stage, turn right to find the flag.

Flag Location 98
A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. When you start chasing the cardinal, early on you'll climb to the top of a tower. Step out the window to the east to spot the flag on top of a marble spire. To get to it, wall run up the brick wall to the north and jump to the right at the peak of your wall run. Ezio will cling to the spire so you can climb up to the flag.

A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. Near the end of the chase, you'll swing on a second series of three lanterns, all back to back. Immediately after landing from the third swing, grab the flag on your left.

Flag Location 100
A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. After killing the cardinal, walk through the curtains to go out the window to the west but don't take the leap of faith. Instead, hang from the jumping point and drop onto a beam below to grab the flag.
