This is an online easter egg which is fun to do and can also help the player in online games.

1) Enter Halo 4 matchmaking.

2) Select a class with Hologram.

3) During a game find any dead body.

4) At at the head of the dead body and activate Hologram.

5) The hologram will then T-Bag the dead body.
