1) Start Chapter 2: Requiem.
2) Play through the level until you find an over-turned Warthog.
3) Get in the Warthog.
4) Drive until you see a circular entrance with a ramp inside.
5) When you get there, save the game.
6) Go to the Xbox Dashboard.
7) Disconnect from the Internet.
8) Go to "System Settings".
9) Go to "Console Settings".
10) Go to "Clock, Date & Time".
11) Change the time to about 23:54.
12) Continue the game and get back to the ramp.
13) Use the Xbox Menu and wait for the time to reach 00:00.
14) When it does drive off of the ramp and the achievement should pop up.

Capital_E You can also just drive off of the map, my friend and I did that.
