By collecting all intel in every mission of CoD: Black Ops II, the achievement "High IQ" is unlocked. This tutorial will help you with that achievement.
These are the intel locations for the mission "Prrhic Victory"
First piece of intel
When youre in control and ordered to hunt down the Mortar Teams, youll drop out of the back of your carrier. Eventually, youll come across an overturned armored transport. At the truck, youll be able to acquire mortar shells. Look near the truck for the intel to its right.
Second piece of intel
Once you board the barge, climb the ladder on the left up to the higher section. Move toward the front of the ship and look in the corner for an intel to your right.
Third piece of intel
During the retreat, youll pass by tall sniper towers. After your AI partner throws a smoke grenade, youll reach a second set of towers one tall, and one smaller. Youll find the intel up the smaller of the two towers.
