1) Load the "Death Factory - Test Facility".
2) Play through until you get to the pig testing facility.
3) You will notice a door on your left.
4) Go through it.
5) Go to the top of the room.
6) You will see a pig in a box.
7) Shoot it.
8) You will hear some funny audio and a white explanation mark will bounce around the screen.
