This is a quick method to skin an animal and skip the long and repetitive cut scene. This trick can be very useful if you see a rare animal while on horseback or when being chased on horseback.

1) Kill an animal whilst riding on your horse.

2) Ride over to the animal and stop above it by pressing RB.

3) Jump off of your horse by pressing Y.

---

4) Press Y again to skin the animal.

---

5) Quickly press Y again to get back on your horse.

---

6) You will obtain the parts of the animal and can ride away skipping the long cut scene.
