For this achievement you need to heal 10,000 points of health using food. The food has to heal you, not just be consumed.

1) Fill up your inventory with food. Large amounts of food can be bought at most casinos. However, for this tutorial, we will be using the Ultra Luxe Casino.

2) Go to the Ultra Luxe Casino.

3) Buy out the food waiters supply of food.

4) Wait 72 hours using the "Select" button.

5) Go to the pool in the Ultra Luxe Casino.

6) Drown yourself until you are very low on health.

7) Surface the water and begin consuming food until your health is full.

8) Repeat steps 6-7 until you run out of food.

9) Go to the waiter again and buy all of his food.

10) Repeat steps 3-7 until you earn the achievement.
