After you see a dead Elite with a sword on the ground, you will fall through a fleshy hole. You should be in a large room with a bunch of purple machinery. In the middle is a small purple pedestal with an arrow on it, pointing up. Jump on this, then look up to the left and jump on the rock formation. Look up and left again, then jump to that. Walk across the thin bridge and the skull will be on the ground here. Pick up the skull as if it were a regular weapon, and the achievement will unlock.
