Digging Up The Past: 20G
Found and accessed Chief's record in mission 1.
Mission 1: Dawn.
The Chief's record can be found down a ramp on your left after Cortana uploads herself into the chip that you insert into your helmet. Press X to access it.
NOTE: Don't head to the next room to touch the control panel. It messes up the achievement. If you have already gone to the next room, restart the level and it will fix it.
