Kill a CELL operator with a giant donut in Lower Manhattan
This is story related and can only be done in the 'Second Chance' Mission, right after getting the advanced armor ability.
Use stealth and mark all the enemies. This will give you the opportunity to see their locations. Wait on the rooftop while cloaked. Do not shoot or jump around. Just wait for a couple seconds. A scripted event will force the guard to walk right below the donut. You can shoot it or go near it and press the shown button. In case you fail, kill yourself with a grenade and restart from last checkpoint.
