Plasma Pistol Overcharge and quickly kill 10 Brutes.
Load up Firefight - Alpha Site on easy and look out for the Grunts and Jackals that carry a Plasma Pistol at the beginning of the first set. Kill one and pick up their Plasma Pistol. If there are Jackals around, aim at them, hold RT for a few seconds, and then release RT . The Plasma Pistol shot should lower their shields. From there simply melee them and they should die.
If there are no Jackals, do exactly the same thing but on the Brutes. Repeat this method until the achievement unlocks

Extremely easy since when you charge and shoot a Plasma Pistol at a brute he gets in his rage mode allowing you to easily melee him.
