Once you reach the 'ghost town' at the end of Episode 3, you will all of a sudden be attacked by a steam engine.

Be aware, 'The dark presence' achievement can be missable, so be wary. To make sure you get it, go through the door, destroy all of the locomotive's parts with whatever you feel necessary.

Take Note: This is after the train yard so don't panic that you've missed it once you leave that area.
