Explore Fort Wolcott
To find Fort Wolcott you have to first complete the side "Peg Leg" mission, then visit the quest giver at the harbor of the Homestead area, he will want you to find trinkets around the Frontier, in Boston, in New York, and the Homestead.
To find everything easier, you can buy a map to help you out from anygeneral store.
You only need to find 12 to be given the location of Fort Wolcott. Go to the Harbormaster and go to the Fort. This is the first part of Kidd's Treasure quest. Complete the fort and make sure you do the optional quests as well.
