Finish a campaign without ever being healed

Start a No Mercy campaign on easy with 3 other players. If you play with computer controlled characters, they might run up and heal you without you knowing. If you do start getting healed by them, just equip a medpack or pain pills by pressing right on the dpad or down on the dpad and they will stop.

You must make it through the entire campaign without healing yourself or be healed with a med kit. You can use pain pills. Try and stay back while the other survivors kill all the Infected. Dont worry if you become incapacitated or killed, it wont count as being healed.
