ok guys the first programs u need are for a usb.
1.usb xtaf xplorer
2.le fluffie.
and u need a hard drive and a hard drive transfer cable or a usb flash drive.
you go on ur xbox and put ur profile on whatever kind of memory and then u plug it in to ur laptop. then go on usb xtaf xplorer and find ur profile then drag it to ur desktop. then open le fluffie and drag ur account on to it and then make sure u have halo 3 and halo odst on ur recent games. then go to profile tab on le fluffie and click unlock games and then it will unlock then for u then do it again but make it says unlock online or u can just do it the first time. then go to reorder achivements and move around the vidmasters and then go back to usb xtaf xplorer and delete ur unmodded profile and drag ur modded one on to usb xtaf xplorer and then u can just close out of everthing. then plug whatever u used in your xbox and go on ur system settings and drag ur account to ur hard drive and then go on halo waypoint and it will read that u have all the vidmasters unlocked. then go on bungie.net and sign in and unlock ur recon then u will have recon.
